We at Trans Africa Property Administrators specialize in the letting, administration and investment in commercial property in South Africa, especially in Cape Town.

We start off with the search for a suitable project for our clients, doing the initial cost and return on investment calculations and then recommending projects, which fit the requirements of the investor. We do all the administrative work of securing bonds and transferring the property.

Once the project is in the name of our client we find tenants for the building, negotiate the contracts with the tenants, estate agents or contractors, commission and oversee any alterations or repairs, collect the rent, attend to any legal matters and complete the VAT and in the request of the (foreign) client we complete any Tax returns on their behalf.

We take care of the whole investment, concentrating on maximizing the return on the investment and the long-term perspective of the property.
